Review of Business Valuation |

After the promotional activities are undertaken, our company will once again review the value of the seller’s business and will prepare term sheet. |

Negotiation between Buyer & Seller |

The term sheet relevant to the transaction is requested from the Buyer; the same is reviewed, discussed, restructured and negotiated keeping a level for both; the Seller and Buyer. |

Preparation & Finalization |

After negotiation the term sheet is prepared and finalized as per the terms agreed by both the parties. |

Closure of Deal |

All the legal procedure & documentation applicable to the transaction such litigation report, crime report, valuation report, share transfer agreement, power of attorney, debenture agreement, preference share agreement, promissory note etc has to be done.
