Registration |

The first step in your search for investment opportunities is to register with our company and become a member of our secure non disclosure portfolio. The registration form will be forwarded on your request. When registering, you can select your own investment criteria so that you only receive proposals that would be of interest to you. |

Authorization |

Your membership will then need to be approved by our team before you receive any email. You will be notified via email once your application has been accepted. We will then send you synopsis of the business proposals that match your investment criteria. |

Preliminary Presentation of the business Proposal |

Our team will give the first presentation to a set of investors whose interest and investment criteria match the business proposal. The purpose here is to give an overview of the business proposal to the investors. |

Concise Presentation of Business Proposal |

One To One Meeting:
A brief business investment plan will be prepared and a presentation will be scheduled along-with a one-to-one meeting with the prospective Investors and the entrepreneur.

Comprehensive Business Plan Presentation |

A detailed business plan is prepared and presented to the keen investors. Business Plan encompasses the in-depth analysis of the business and projections of the financials. |

Preparation, Negotiation & Finalization of term Sheet |

The term sheet relevant to the kind of transaction is requested from the entrepreneur/investor; the same is reviewed, discussed, restructured, negotiated and finalized keeping a level ground for both; the entrepreneur and the Investor.
{The general terms included in the term-sheet are percentage sharing for equity offer, method of asset valuation, various options for return on investments, exit-route option and others.} |
