Vishal is PGDBM (Marketing) from Som-Lalit Institute of Management Studies, Ahmedabad. He has been with Mistry and Mehta since April, 2010. He was working with “Times of India” as business development officer. He develops the client relationships, deal origination and coordinate with credit team.

Poonam is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI (2011 ranker -29th). She is part of credit team of debt syndication of the company. She is having experience of over a year for financial due diligence at reputed CA firm. She is looking after financial data analysis and financial modeling at Mistry & Mehta.

Pooja holds M.Com from Raheja College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai University and PGDBM (Finance) from Wigan & Leigh Institute, Mumbai. She is having experience of more than a year with leading private sector Bank and NBFC in due-diligence and project finance work. Pooja is a project coordinator, responsible for interacting with clients for business proposal, analyzing as per current market /industries trends and preparing the value added detailed appraisal reports of the assignment, interacting with various lenders.

Kirti is M.Sc (Computer applications) from VNSGU, Surat and Certified Microsoft Professional. She is experienced in developing IT systems, applications, web solutions and related support. She is responsible for development of IT applications for company’s online initiatives, related software modules, its testing and related IT support.
