A brief synopsis consisting of a client company profile, its company setup, management, products & markets, future plans, financials, funding terms etc to be prepared. We approach the various lenders for obtaining preliminary confirmation with tentative / indicative lending terms. The lender who offers competitive terms are considered /followed up further for the proposal.

On availing the preliminary confirmation from the lender(s), we enter into an appointment agreement with the client company and get a mandate to negotiate proposal with lender(s) on their behalf. The professional terms sheet/agreement indicate the line of action for transaction and schedule for processing the entire proposal, starting from preparation of business plan to disbursement of fund.            

A Detailed Business Plan or Detailed Project Report, incorporating current as well as future business activities and funding proposal along with expected lending terms of the client company, is prepared. It encompasses all the relevant aspects such as company and product profile, market feasibility report, technical viability report, financial viability report, risk analysis, comfort of transaction etc.; with our business proposal, the appraisal process will be completed in schedule. Also we coordinate complete due diligence process on behalf of our client.

We discuss, negotiate and finalize funding terms with lenders, in a way, that best serves the interest of our client and help them avail appropriate fund at competitive rates. All legal formalities and documentation are completed by us.
